Open-source sharing solution.
Open-source content collaboration for business.
Our own cloud storage, if you are looking for secure file sharing.
Businesses need reliable cloud storage and file sharing to manage their files. That is why we offer open-source cloud solutions as well as our own vBoxxCloud for secure file sharing. They help your employees and co-workers collaborate more efficiently, while every file stays secure and under your control.
Both run on our infrastructure in the Netherlands. Not sure which one fits? We are happy to advise.
ownCloud works just like vBoxxCloud, with synchronization and WebDAV, but has fewer management and monitoring features. It works with apps that are available online and can be added to the web interface.
Open-source content collaboration for business. vBoxx has customized Nextcloud Hub into an online platform that fits your needs and keeps you in control of your files.
Whichever platform you choose, vBoxx hosts it and stays your point of contact. Compare the open-source platforms or read why European cloud storage matters.
Contact us about your team, your files and how you share them. We advise on vBoxxCloud, ownCloud, Nextcloud or OpenCloud.

New vBoxxCloud customers get free migration. For the open-source platforms we plan and lead the migration at a time that suits you.
vBoxx offers its own vBoxxCloud and three open-source platforms: ownCloud, Nextcloud Hub and OpenCloud. All of them are hosted by vBoxx in the Netherlands and come with personal support. vBoxxCloud is ready to use and can be tried free for 14 days; the open-source platforms are set up and tailored to your organization by vBoxx.
With synchronization, a folder on your computer stays in sync with your cloud, so your files are available in two locations. With WebDAV, you open and manage the files in your vBoxx cloud directly from your computer or device, without storing them locally. vBoxxCloud and ownCloud support both, next to the web interface.
vBoxx stores your files in ISO 27001 certified datacenters in the Netherlands, part of a setup of three Tier III+ datacenters in the EU (Schiphol-Rijk, Naaldwijk and Frankfurt). Data, metadata, backups and support tooling stay inside the EU. vBoxx is ISO 27001 certified, audited by TÜV NORD, and GDPR compliant, with a data processing agreement available.
Yes. With vBoxxCloud you create free guest users to share files securely with people outside your company. ownCloud from vBoxx lets you share and sync files inside and outside your organization, and with Nextcloud Hub you share files on desktop, mobile or the web. vBoxx helps you set up sharing the way your team works.
