We back up My Drive and shared drives, including all related metadata, and we cover Google online applications as well. This way you keep everything safe in one place.

Which Gmail data is backed up?

Active Backup for Google Workspace protects your Gmail data, including labels, label structures and attachments, so all your important information is backed up securely.

Can I back up my Google Workspace data to another device for a second copy?

The backup copy feature is not available yet. It is on our list of features to add in the future.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. You pay €2.35 per user per month to keep all your Google Workspace data backed up. If you have questions about pricing, feel free to contact us.
